Western NSW Reflect and Connect Workshops
connection self-reflection workshop
I’m excited to be part of two "Reflect and Connect" workshop days for Western NSW doctors hosted by Medical Benevolent Association of NSW-ACT(MBA NSW-ACT) . These events are designed to offer a unique opportunity for doctors to reflect on the challenges of practicing in rural, regional, and remote areas. Attendees will gain practical tips on maintaining well-being while enjoying a relaxed environment to connect with peers across Western NSW.
There is an outstanding line-up of presenters, including Dr Ashe Coxon, A/Prof Antonio Di Dio, Dr Claire Noonan, Dr Sue Velovski, Dr Michele Blandford, Dr Oliver Bennett and myself.
I will be presenting on Finding Joy at Work.
In this dynamic workshop, you'll have the opportunity to reconnect with what truly matters to you and your workplace. Discover how to distinguish between what you can control and what is beyond your influence. Gain practical tips for rediscovering your purpose and navigating the uncertainties of a medial career and your broader life experience. This session is designed to empower you with strategies to manage challenges and enhance your sense of fulfillment in both professional and personal realms.
Thanks to funding from the NSW Government (under the NGO Flood Recovery Program), these events are FREE to attend, although registration is required.
